Locking in my February goals

My February goals are locked in.

For my leadership goals, I want to help my subscriber achieve their goals for the month.

I also want to expand my knowledge and perspective, so I’m aiming to finish three more audiobooks. This month I plan on listening to The Upstarts, Quiet, and The Everything Store.

I also want to find another leadership coach to follow and gain some knowledge from them.

For my business goals, I’ve got a dollar amount I want to earn this month. I’ll aim to hit this by getting a second subscriber, secure some paid freelancing work, do some transcribing work, launch my website, and record a podcast and video review for the site.

Finally, my wellbeing goals, I’ve focussed on exercise and losing a couple more kilos. I want to go for ten runs in the month, go for ten walks, and do 20 yoga/weights/cross-trainer combos.

I’m tracking these goals in a OneNote, and everyone here will keep me accountable because I’ll post in early March what I achieved.

I’ve also set myself some stretch goals. What goals have you set for February, and how will you keep yourself accountable?
