How are your February goals travelling?

Being the shortest month of the year, February tends to go quite quickly. In saying that, how are you tracking for your February goals?

Remember, you should design your goals to make you better in some way, shape, or form compared to when you started the month.

For example, my Leadership goals for February are to finish three audiobooks, follow another leadership coach, and get my subscriber (now subscribers) to achieve their goals for February. By achieving these goals, I should have more knowledge, be more experienced, and be more educated, which I can then use to pass this on to more subscribers as they come on.

My business goals include getting a second subscriber, launching the website, recording a podcast, and getting a freelance position. Again, all designed to progress my business forward.

My wellbeing goals include a set number of runs, walks, and other exercise sessions. All designed so that I would be healthier than when I started the month.

Take a look at your goals and check to see if you’re on track. Do you need to change your strategy to achieve your goals? Who is going to keep you accountable and push you to get you there?

If you don’t know, it might be time to get yourself a coach…
