Today I want to ask if your team knows what they control.
If they’re a sales team, do they know they’re most likely the first interaction they have with your business? They control one of the first impressions customers have with your business.
If they’re a customer service team, do they know that every interaction with the customer can determine if they will remain a client or if they will decide to shop for an alternative? They play a part in how big your membership base is.
As a team leader, your role is to make your team aware of what they’re in control of and utilise their ability to get the outcomes you need for your business.
We all want to have a purpose in life, and if we know what it is, then that’s when we can make an impact.
