It’s a concept often overlooked but is important for your frontline staff.
Think it about it in relation to yourself.
How good of a job do you do when you’re bored?
How good of a job do you do when you’re angry?
How good of a job do you do when you’re frustrated?
How good of a job do you do when you’re having fun?
When you’re enjoying yourself it becomes infectious, which is probably not the right word to use during this time, but it’s a feeling that your peers will pick up on and your team will feed off.
So this week we’ll talk about different ways to have fun at work and hopefully we’ll keep a smile on your face during a difficult time.
