Strong Content.

No Stress.

Australian content writer Paul Frew delivers high-quality blogs, articles, and guides that are designed to meet your business goals.

Want a content writer who’s low maintenance?

I’ve been a writer for over 15 years, starting at a local magazine in Kiama before moving on to work for national publications like Official PlayStation Magazine. Over the past five years, I’ve written blogs, articles, guides and more for global brands like Habitat for Humanity, Security.org, Interparcel and Video Game Town. I’ve even launched my own newsletter, Late to the Party, where I review TV shows, movies and video games that I’ve just gotten around to.

My speciality is technology content, such as video games, VPNs, antivirus software and password managers. I’ve also written about dozens of other topics like ecommerce, logistics, consumer products, travel and hospitality. I love learning about new industries and finding the best way to present complex information to readers.

Clients constantly tell me I’m easy to work with. They love how quickly I can turn around high-quality work and how I keep them in the loop throughout the project. I take feedback on board and apply it to every piece that follows.

Technology Blogs, Articles and Guides

Content Writer Paul Frew

Over the past 15 years as a content writer, I’ve produced blogs, articles and guides for publications and websites worldwide. Some of my clients include security.org, SafeHome, ContinuSys, Interparcel and CIO Outlook.

I’ve written about VPNs, password managers, e-commerce software, integrated business management systems and identity theft protection services. All of my content is optimised for SEO, AIO and GEO, and tailored to B2C or B2B audiences. I even tailor my language and grammar to the region I’m writing for. For one piece, my persona was a Melbourne tradie. In another, I was a C-Suite executive in the U.S.

For some articles, I’ve interviewed CEOs, executives and SMEs to help make these pieces stand out. I’ve even received feedback from interviewees about how prepared I was.

Video Game Previews, Reviews and Interviews

Freelance content writer, Paul Frew

My video game writing career kicked off in 2004 when I joined Official PlayStation Magazine. I produced previews, reviews and features on games like Call of Duty, God of War and Resident Evil 4. My editor even put me in charge of running the demo disk section. It was tough to come up with new and creative ways to explain why Worms was once again featured.

Throughout my career, I’ve also written for Official Xbox Magazine, Screen Play and Progress Bar. I primarily covered PlayStation, Xbox and PC games for these outlets, which included travelling to studios to meet developers and go hands-on with upcoming titles.

Recently, I’ve been writing indie developer interviews for Video Game Town in the U.S. My editor was so impressed with my work that he’s asked for it to be a monthly feature.
